Mrs. Ken Smith, is the Director of Education at KECP. She has her B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education and  M.S. Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision with Certification in Special Education  from Towson University. Mrs. Smith has over 20 years of experience in the field and qualifies as a Principal of  schools in the state.  Mrs. Smith has a true passion for teaching and uses her skills and expertise to improve the  educational outcomes and the lives of children and families in Baltimore City and its Surrounding Counties.
